1 / Your inputs

Set up your calculation

Example values are filled in where useful. Replace them with your own.

Up to 30,000 characters and 300 lines per version.

Text is compared literally. It is never executed or sent to an LLM.

Calculation inputs stay in this tab unless you explicitly save an eligible snapshot. No account, credit or model call is needed to calculate. Pasted-text tools always stay local.

2 / Your result

Method and worked example

An order-sensitive longest-common-subsequence comparison identifies unchanged, removed and added lines. Removed lines containing constraint words receive a review flag. Explicit always/never and must/must-not pairs are checked for exact action conflicts.

What this result can tell you

Semantic equivalence and subtle contradictions require human review. This is a local text comparison, not an AI judgement about prompt quality.

Common questions

Does comparing change a saved prompt?

No. Both inputs stay local and no library version is modified. Save an approved revision through your normal prompt workflow.

Are all contradictions detected?

No. Only simple, explicit opposing rules with matching action text are flagged. Review changes to meaning, scope and priority yourself.
