1. Service and acceptance
By creating an account or using Maviter, you agree to these terms. Maviter provides AI-assisted planning, generation, research organisation, prompt libraries and recovery workspaces. Outputs are working material and not legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Trichakra Foundation the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit that content to selected service providers to operate Maviter. Private prompts and Recovery projects are not published without an explicit publication action.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Maviter to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; bypass access controls; impersonate another person; scrape private data; or interfere with service integrity. You must have the right to provide any repository, document, URL or media submitted for analysis.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
Current features, allowances and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Paid plans may renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. The final amount, applicable tax and provider are shown before payment. Complimentary grants and access coupons do not auto-renew. We may change future pricing with advance notice; a change does not rewrite an already paid period.
6. AI results and verification
AI systems can make mistakes. You must review generated instructions, code, sources and recommendations before relying on or executing them. References to third-party tools do not guarantee their availability, fitness, price or result.
7. Availability and termination
We may suspend access required to protect users, the service or legal compliance. You may stop using Maviter at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, acceptable use, disclaimers and liability survive termination where applicable.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Maviter is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to a court of competent jurisdiction.
