Information we collect
We may collect account identity and contact data; authentication and session data; prompts, project evidence and files you choose to submit; usage, device and security logs; support communications; membership and invoice records; and payment status returned by a payment provider. Maviter does not store complete card or bank credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the service, generate requested outputs, save versions, manage memberships, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI and service providers
When you request generation or authorised research, relevant input may be sent to the AI provider selected by Maviter's server-side routing. Hosting, database, email, security, analytics and payment providers may process the minimum information needed for their role. Provider access is governed by contracts, configuration and applicable law.
Ask Maviter conversations and memory
Guests receive website search without a server-side conversation profile. Signed-in Free conversations may be retained for up to 30 days for service operation and abuse review, but they are not reused as personal memory. Premium and Team members may create persistent private conversations and editable memory; they can export, forget or delete those records. Redacted, non-account demand signals may be retained to identify missing pages and common questions.
Public and private content
Prompts begin private. Public publication requires an explicit submission and moderation. Premium catalogue content is separately administered. Project Recovery evidence remains account-scoped or, when deliberately shared, Team-workspace scoped.
Calculators and saved decision evidence
Calculations run in your browser without sending their inputs to an AI model. Signed-in users may explicitly save a supported number/choice calculation: its title and inputs are submitted, the result is recalculated by the server, and the snapshot is encrypted at rest using server-managed keys. This is not end-to-end encryption. Snapshots belong to the account that saved them; Team membership does not grant access to a colleague's snapshots. The four pasted-text utilities do not offer account storage. Saved inputs are not added to personal AI memory or demand analytics.
You may view or delete your snapshots from My saved calculations. Active Premium or Team members may compare compatible snapshots and download a decision brief; a downloaded file is no longer protected by Maviter's account access controls. Deleting a snapshot removes it from the active account store. Copies in protected backups remain subject to the existing backup retention policy.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account or operational, contractual or legal need exists. Controls include private database networking, server-side secrets, scoped access checks and audit records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may update supported profile details, change your password, manage public submissions, cancel a subscription and request access, correction or deletion review through support. Some financial, security and audit records may be retained where law or legitimate operational requirements apply.
Children and changes
Maviter is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy when the service or law changes; the current effective date will remain visible on this page.
