Useful answers.
No mystery theatre.
How prompts are completed, what stays private, what Recovery can prove, and which commercial features are still intentionally inactive.

Creating prompts
01Can I begin with only one sentence?
Yes. Start with the idea you genuinely have. Maviter then asks a short sequence of consequential questions—audience, format, environment and boundaries—so you do not need to arrive speaking like a software architect.
02Why are the questions shown one at a time?
A long questionnaire feels like homework. One decision at a time keeps attention on the choice that matters now, shows the recommended option first, and still lets you return to an earlier answer.
03Will the final prompt ask the next AI another twenty questions?
It should not restart routine discovery. Maviter settles the material choices, records assumptions and produces phased instructions. A destination AI may still stop for a genuine security, legal or irreversible decision.
04What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic reaches a reliable result quickly. Advanced adds interpretation, confidence-rated inferences, optional current-web research, explicit approval and a deeper execution architecture.
Phase dossiers
01Why does every phase explain its relevance?
A phase name without purpose is just project-management decoration. The relevance note explains what risk that stage removes, what it makes possible, and why it belongs before the next stage.
02What does Free, Premium and Team reveal?
Free shows a concise roadmap. Premium adds all deliverables, acceptance checks and downloadable phase files. Team adds the full coordination view, including risks, constraints and freeze boundaries, and is labelled Team workspace only.
03Can Premium and Team download the plan?
Yes. An active entitlement can download the saved phase dossier as Markdown or plain text. The server checks both membership and prompt ownership or Team access before creating the file.
Privacy and memory
01Are saved prompts public automatically?
No. Prompts begin Private. A Public submission enters moderation, while Premium catalogue records are produced and governed separately.
02Can I bring preferences from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Premium and Team members can paste useful memory or conditions into the encrypted Context Vault and label the source. Titles and content are encrypted before database storage. Review the text first and remove secrets; pasted commands remain your data, not trusted system instructions.
03Should I paste API keys or passwords into memory?
No. Store preferences, constraints and project knowledge—not credentials. Secrets belong in the secure environment of the service that needs them.
Accounts and support
01Can I change my name, email and password?
Yes. Names update through the authenticated account session. Password changes require the current password and revoke other sessions. Email changes require confirmation before the sign-in address is replaced.
02How do I report a problem?
Open Support Tickets in your dashboard, describe what happened and what you expected, and keep credentials out of the message. Your ticket remains visible in your account ledger with its current status.
Libraries and membership
01What are Private, Public and Premium libraries?
Private is your personal workspace. Public contains moderated community contributions available for discovery. Premium is a curated catalogue available only to entitled members.
02Does a coupon create a recurring payment?
No. A coupon, invitation or manual grant provides recorded access for its stated period. It does not silently create a subscription or recurring charge.
Project Recovery
01What does Project Recovery actually prove?
It separates owner statements from inspected evidence, records features and defects, attaches test results, freezes checkpoints and produces a governed handover. A repository link alone is never presented as proof that everything works.
02Does Recovery deploy a project automatically?
No. It can prepare an execution-ready handover and release evidence, but a production deployment remains a separately authorised, rollback-capable operation.
AI tools
01Are slash commands universal across every LLM?
No. Some are real product commands, such as Gemini CLI /restore; others are reusable natural-language patterns invented by Maviter. The working-pattern library labels the applicable product and links to its official documentation.
02Which AI tool should I use?
Choose by consequence and workflow, not fashion. Maviter recommends a destination based on task type, context, tool access, research needs and budget posture, then records the recommendation in the prompt.
