How the calculation works
Monthly equivalent = sum of each monthly per-seat price × seats, plus each annual per-seat price × seats ÷ 12. Annual equivalent = monthly equivalent × 12. All rows use one selected currency; there is no currency conversion or provider-price lookup. Tax, usage overages, one-off fees and discounts are excluded unless already included in your entered prices. An equivalent is not your actual invoice schedule.
Worked example
A monthly plan at 1,000 for one seat plus an annual plan at 12,000 for one seat totals 2,000 monthly equivalent and 24,000 annually, in the same currency.

Common questions
Can I mix dollar and rupee prices?
No. Convert prices to one currency yourself before entering them. Changing the currency label does not convert numbers.
Does this include API usage?
Only if you include your own recurring estimate. Use the separate API Cost Calculator to estimate token charges; provider prices are not fetched here.
